Last Visit to Paris, Early Intermediate STUDIO LICENSE

$10.00

Take a trip in your mind’s eye to Old Paris: sip coffee in a cute little Cafe, hold hands as you walk along the Seine River, take one last look into those eyes….

Here’s a Jazz Waltz that’s has a Chopin like influence. The melody is haunting, and will be stuck in your mind; just like those memories you can’t get out of your heart. This piece is great for working on your “expressivo”, cantabile tone. The waltz time signature creates a gentle swaying that transports the listener.

The piece is written in the key of A minor and uses an “A-B-A” form. The “A” section features an “ear worm” like melody that makes you feel like a dancer. The Left Hand features a waltz pattern with a root Bass note, and Jazz chord voicing half note. The “B” section rushes along the river, remembering happier times. The transition back to “A” features a cadenza like passage that sweeps us back to reality.

Time length. (02:00). Piano Solo for Early Intermediate Pianists. Perfect for Recitals. French. Romantic. Jazz Waltz.

This is a STUDIO LICENSE: One purchase - One person is allowed multiple copies for students in their Studio. Thank you for honoring the creativity and work of the composer.
