Is there a Shipping Charge? There is no shipping charge on digital downloads. Susan Staples Bell Music does not sell printed books.
How will I receive my PDF File? You will receive an email with a link to download your file. This link is good for 24 hours- Please download it as soon as you can. If you have trouble, please contact us by email to resolve the issue.
You have 24-7 access to All your purchases by logging into your account. Log into your account at the top Right of the page. Forgot your account information? Follow the prompts for a password reset. Still having trouble? Try restarting your device, and/or clearing your cookies cache - this usually helps. (Or Contact me - I’m happy to help, but I DO NOT have access to your password!)
I can’t find the item I am looking for. Is it a popular title piece, like Top Gun? You’ll find these at Sheet Music Plus.
I made a mistake on my order. Please notice: REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE - since you still have a digital copy of the music that you purchased. If, by chance, you purchased 2 copies of the same item by mistake, or something else happened, please contact me by email to resolve the issue. Hours of operation are between 8 AM -6 PM Central Time.
Do you require a Proof of Purchase of your music for Festivals? If you need more documentation, other than your purchase receipt, to present to Festival judges; I am happy to create a detailed invoice that lists your purchases and explaining the Studio License. Just send me an email!
Having trouble printing? Here are some helpful tips:
Download and print immediately from the check out screen, or your notification email.
It is recommended to print all pages single sided - you have more flexibility that way. (especially if you want to skip some pages)
Print all the pages first for your master copy and keep them in a binder; then copy or print again as needed for students.
Not all printers are created equal. Rest assured, all of the music on this website has been printer tested and can print beautifully. If you are still having trouble, another option for you, is to put the file on a flash drive and/or send it online for printing to somewhere like Office Depot. (if you are a MTNA member, they offer a BIG discount for printing)

Single User License: Permission is granted for ONE person to print ONE copy for personal use. Digital files may NOT be shared with others. If you are a Teacher and you purchased this for a Student - you need to buy 2 copies please.
Studio License: Permission is granted for ONE person to print multiple copies for students within that person’s private teaching studio. For Multiple Teacher Studios - please purchase 1 copy per teacher. Digital files may NOT be shared. PLEASE encourage teachers to buy their own copies!
RESALE of DIGITAL MATERIALS is NEVER OK. All compositions on this website are the Intellectual property of Susan Staples Bell and you are not authorized to resell this music to anyone; EVER.
