Dublin Daydream STUIO LICENSE Solo

Dublin Daydream

Original Piano Solo for Early Intermediate

Take a trip in your mind’s eye to Ireland: sip coffee outside a countryside cottage, hold hands as you stroll along the River Shannon, get lost in Ashtown Castle ruins, and breathe in the fresh air filled with rosemary & thyme….

This original melody is very much inspired by all things Irish- and will be quickly stuck in your mind. Great for working on your “expressivo”, cantabile tone and finger facility. The waltz time signature creates a gentle swaying that transports the listener.

The piece is written in the key of B minor and uses an “A-A-B-A” form. The “A” section features an “ear worm” like melody that makes you feel like a dancer. The Left Hand features a waltz pattern with a root Bass note, and chord voicings of 3rds, 5ths & 6ths. The “B” section flows like a river, remembering the happy times. The transition back to “A” features a scale like passage that sweeps us back to reality.

Time length. (02:30). Piano Solo for Early Intermediate Pianists. Perfect for Recitals. Irish. Celtic. Ireland. Romantic. Waltz.

This is a STUDIO LICENSE: One purchase - One person is allowed multiple copies for students in their Studio. Thank you for honoring the creativity and work of the composer.
